This program was established in 1982. The program provides outpatient assessment and counseling services to adults and youth who are abusing substances. Whether counseling services are provided in an individual or a group setting, all counseling emphasizes family involvement and utilization of 12-step groups in the community in order to prevent relapse and maintain a drug-free lifestyle. Urine screens are a required part of treatment. Clients may be self-referred or referred from the Court system.
